Working in an international and fast-paced trading environment, you will take on a broad range of accounting and controlling responsibilities, with particular focus on financial accuracy, balance sheet management, inventory, reporting and audit. You will work closely with colleagues across the business and Monjasa's international finance organization, giving you the opportunity to further develop your controlling expertise over time. You care about getting the numbers right, but you are also curious about what sits behind them and how finance can support the wider business. You bring a positive and proactive mindset and work well with different personalities and stakeholders. You are reliable, transparent and comfortable being hands-on, whether that means working through the details in Excel, resolving an accounting issue or collaborating with colleagues to improve a process. You enjoy being part of a team and want to contribute to a finance environment built around collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
